• Suitable for 120kg door mass (door mass to include adjustment for door closers, furniture and environmental conditions)
• For use on doors which are subject to frequent violent usage

Specifications

• 180º angle of opening
• Fixed pin for improved cycling and durability.
• Double Ball Bearing and 4 Ball Bearings.
• All hinges with five knuckle
• Hinges are manufactured in accordance to BS7352:1990 and BSEN 1935 for the requirements of PSA MOB.
• Template drilled as standard. Also available jig drilled if required.
• Compatible with backcheck door closers, i.e. the performance rating is not reduced.
• All hinges have template screw hole location for use on either wood or hollow metal doors and frames.
• Pins in hinges are stainless steel.
• Stainless Steel Hinge 200, 000 cycles tested on 120kg door mass.
• Dimension & tolerances conform to ANSI-A156.7.
• Full Mortise,Square Corner,Standard weight template hinge.
• Option:Non-Rising Removable Pin(NRP)
